All sessions and meals included (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner) will take place at the Oregon Garden Pavilion Grand Hall located at
879 West Main Street, Silverton, Oregon, 97381.
For those wishing to stay in or around Silverton, each participant is responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
(REMINDER: YOUR RETREAT REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE YOUR HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS.)

OREGON GARDEN RESORT
The Guest Room rate is $169 plus tax. We will hold the rooms in the room block until February 16, 2023. At that time we
will release any unreserved rooms back into our general inventory. Hotel guests receive complimentary hot American Breakfast buffet.
Please follow the steps below to access online reservations:
● On the welcome page, choose dates of stay and press the green "BOOK NOW" button.
● You will be redirected to a new page. You will see room types that are available at full rate. Above these pictures to the
right there is an “ADD CODE” option. Click on this and a box will drop down.
● Choose “GROUP ATTENDEE” and then enter your group code: C2LOVE
● You will be redirected to a calendar page. Select your dates for check-in & check-out then press the black button that says
“UPDATE DATES OF STAY”
● A new page will open with the discounted rates. Choose which room type you would like and then press the blue “BOOK”
button to complete.
● Then press the blue “ADD ROOM + CHECKOUT” button to complete.
● The final page will ask for all of your information to finalize.
